When you send an enquiry we collect: name, company or brand name, email, phone number, services required, project description, estimated budget, additional notes, and any files you attach (up to 5 files: pdf, jpg, png, webp, docx).

We also receive basic technical data needed to run the site, such as server logs.

2. How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run the site: hosting, email delivery, media storage (Cloudinary) and the database that stores leads.

We never sell your data to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and run the studio, or as required by law.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time (see Your rights below).

5. Confidentiality of your designs and files

Your ideas, sketches and uploaded files are treated as confidential.

We share them only with the team and suppliers who need them to deliver your project.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site currently uses only the cookies strictly needed to run it. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to name them honestly.

7. Your rights and how to request access, correction or deletion

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted admin access and secure uploads.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
